Hi, I am Ravi here. I had a cut when i went for the saloon for a shave. I use my own Razor and Scissor. but after the cut the barber applied dettol with his fingers onto the wound after 5 mins. I noticed that he did not have any cut or blood on his finger but still I am worried if that touch of his finger while applying dettol would have resulted in some kind of transmission of hiv. I am working in Dubai. 3 month before I sexed with a call girl with out protection. After 20 days I have dry cough for 3 days only. After 3 month I am suffer from headache, neck pain and underarms pain. I never face like this pain in my life before. With pain completed 3 weeks still not cure and I suffering. i had an unprotected sex with a guy but he did not insert his penis inside. but his sperms would have spread in my vagina outward.after 3 monts i got tested in a lab for HIV. the result was non reactive. but i had a fear continously. i got married recently. i had real sex with my husband. now i feel tat i am getting pimples like boils in my vagina. this makes me to feel so scared. but my body is so heat i get pimples often in my face and in betwwen my breasts. the pimples im genitials is very small . is it a normal pimple or any STD . if so ,from whom it would have been transmitted. wat test should i do, if needed.

dear sir, i am a staff nurse before 6 months an hiv client was ventilated in our hospital.as hourly injections had to be given iv the same syriange & needle was used(needle for loading injection & syriange for pushing the injection) .eventhough i wore gloves once while capping the needle after giving iv,lightly scratched my finger.no blood came out from my finger tips. i washed my hands suddenly and consulted the doctor he tld not to worry bec the syriange is not infected .will i be infected? 2)the patient had syphillis i read in websites that syphillis also spreads through needle stick injuiries,so till today i dont have syphills so i am hiv free rite? 3)also can the hiv virus be infectious if it is in a syriange loaded with medicine(eg:inj midazolam)

It is betetr to go for the SWOT analysis. That is Strenth Weakness, Opprtuinity and Threat. Here you have to write down your positive points and negative points according to you. If you have some close friends ( real frineds NOT an opportunist), ask him/her to give points on your personality both Positive and Negative. Then you can also ask your brother or sister to give points on the same. Now, you have positive and negative points from FOUR quarters. If all them told some point is negative, then that is your main negative point. Then three people told, followed by two and one. Similarly, you will get the Positive also in the similar fashion. Here, there are issues known to you already, which will not be the issue. The reall issue will ne the items or the characters, which you you are NOT known. That is the dark side of the human being. It is better to work out on the dark side, which will really change your personality.
This is the way, you can work out on your character and personality.

As far as your query is concerned, concentration is the biggest challenge before evryone especially among youth.
You may follow the given steps for more concentration..

1. Don't have the feeling that you should do... like that and not in tension. ...i.e be relaxed.
2. Divide the day for different purposes i.e from getting in the early morning to be ... Get up.... Tea... Study...Newspaper....Breakfast....study...Break....study....Lunch.....Interaction with family members....Study....Small nap....Study....Tea.....Study.....Break ..... study..... chit chat with friends....Dinner.....TV/Radio.....Study like some time table
3. There shoud be a good break between two study period. This is the reaso we have intervals in Schools and colleges
4. The memory power of a person is not same all the time. Every person has his high and low in a day.
5. Do mix some entertainment between some study period.
6. You should not think of peak study immediately, it takes its own time.
7.First the concentration will be there only 5 minute for a person, then by practice it has to be increased.
8. Never think that you should study continuously, OUR brain will NOT concebtrate more than 45-50 minutes as the mental/mind gets fatigue. This has to be corrected by doing some other work.
9. Don't read the same subject contnuosly as study or brain also needs variety
10. Still, it is not working, try to do some Yoga for more focused work.

I have been living in a lot of stress and tension lately and on the verge of breaking down thinking about the contraction of HIV. Around 11 months back I paid a girl to have some fun.She seemed very young.After getting into a room she first cleaned my penis with water and herself put a condom on it.She started to give me oral sex. Because it was my first time I didnt go all the way.Didnt have vaginal intercourse or anal.But in the end I fingered her.My finger did feel a bit wet inside her but weather that was vaginal fluid or not I am not sure.And with the same finger i MIGHT have touched the head of my penis or an open wound which was bleeding with the same finger.The wound wasnt very big but was on my penis and i had covered it with cloth to check the bleeding.Although I am pretty sure that I wouldnt hav touhed my open wound ,knowing myself I would have never touched a wound with my finger. But if unknowningly I did touch the open wound or around it with the same finger.There was no other contact of body fluid direct or indirect. What are my chances of contracting HIV by just TOUCHING the wound if she was HIV+.Also I have no clue of her having or not having HIV. Is there any minimum amount of virus required to trasmit HIV.Can HIV survive outside the body for that long. HELP REQUIRED.....Please .....URGENTLY....

Sir I have read that there are some tests like HIV DUO test which can be done 28 days after the risky exposure. Some sites say that this test is 98.9 percent accurate. There is also another test called DNA PCR which can be done before 90 days of the exposure. Sir, are these tests available in the ICTC centres? Also sir can you please advice how long it takes to get the test report. e.g. I have read that ELISA report will come after 7 days only. Thanking You
