Dear Friend, there is life after HIV also. But in your case, you have tested once only. In my opnion, you can again check it with another VCTC. Then, if the result is the same. There are many voluntary agencies invoving in the couselling in this aspect. We are just giving the answer through this interface. in fact, you can meet some friends in that sector ad they will clearly give an idea and hope.
Really speaking, if you can have good food intake the HIV infection will not be fast. You can lead life like a normal man. You can also check with the ART centre doctor, who can help you in this aspect for the treatment. In practical there is no treatment for this infection but one can contain the infection. A qulified doctor can give full counselling and give direction also, what you have to do. First and foremost don't go to a tout, meet some qualified ( probably in the government set up) doctor and get more personal queries clarified.
Keep remember, there is a life after this infection also.

Dear friend, it is a real problem with Indian parents. Beacuse, they want their desire to be fulfilled first without understanding the interest fo their kids. Now, also there is no problem. You can do the following

1. You can explain your desire again when your father is in a calm and listening mood.
2. If above is not working you can request one of the mentors, whom your father will listen to him/her
3. You can also revisit your decision as why you are NOT liking Engineering now becasue you could not qualify IIT, JEE.
4. You might have not appeared for the exam if you were NOT interested, means you were interested and then prepared well and could not qualify. Then what is the problem?
You should understand soemthing in life

1. Life is NOT a beautiful flower path always and it has both ups and downs
2. If you see this is a failure, there is some other better thing is waiting for you
3. You should also understand that the ALL IIT, JEE pass people are doing well and others are NOT doing well.
4. People from other walks of life also do shine in their respective career
So, understand the reality and listen to your father now because he is more concerned about you than any other person in the world.

Life is a journey. The journey is NOT always like a TOUR. It has both ups and downs. You need not worry about the gone days. Just look back the problems and what could be the reasons, will make more troubles in you. It is looking forward.
In our opinion, you should sort down important turning points and ahat were your cotributions, when you were doing really well.
You may do some of the following to get good results.

1. Do SWOT analysis, to find out your Strenth & Weaknesses and more
2. Analyse those negative points, which are haunting you, try to make those in to posistives.
3. Normally, a person at the peak adolecsent age have some troubles at emotonal, psychological or sexual. Try to find out, any of these issues were reason to the present situation
4. There are times, personality issues comes often, which msy also disturb a person.
5. Be postive in all your approcah.
6. Have a confidence in you.

Dear friend, doctors will not say anything wrong or hrmful to you. You are looking for a short cut, which may have lots of side effects. In our opinion, you should follow the doctors advice only. You are just 20 only. There are lot many things to achieve in this materalistic world. S, whatever may be the reason you say, we will go with doctors advice and we are not going to add anything more.
There may be some reasons for not becoming fat
1. Your heredity wise you may be like that till some age
2. You may not be taking sufficient food in take as suggested by the doctors.
3. You may be worrying too much about other and unnecssary issues.
4. Too much concentration on studies.

It is always have safe sex in life.
Your feelings are ok. But it is not the solution now. As you have not given any details about your background, we are not in a position to give more details.
Most of the time at this atage, one goes wiith gut feeling or Peer/ friend, where good friend will NOT suggest some solution like this.

The chances are really less. If a person is having blood bleeding OR Mouth ulcer. The AVERT site says " The risk of HIV transmission from an infected partner through oral sex is much smaller than the risk of HIV transmission from anal or vaginal sex. Because of this, measuring the exact risk of HIV transmission as a result of oral sex is very difficult. In addition, since most sexually active individuals practice oral sex in addition to other forms of sex (such as vaginal and/or anal sex) when transmission occurs, it is difficult to determine whether or not it occurred as a result of oral sex or other more risky sexual activities. Finally, several co-factors can increase the risk of HIV transmission through oral sex, including oral ulcers and wounds, bleeding gums, genital sores, genital or oral piercings, and the presence of other STDs"
The oral ulcers make the gum very weak, which is more vulnerable for the HIV contraction.

Dear Friend, be bold to accept the reality. Now, you need not worry about it. First get the test in the Western Blot mathod. There are many VCTCs/ ICTCs ( Integrated Counselling and Testing Centres) are there in Mumbai. The list is also available in the site. Go to a near by centre and get the test as well as follow the counsellor's advice.
Now, there is a life after HIV indfection also. IT will take time to become a full blown AIDS. Before that your father has to follow the doctors advice. First and foremost thing is "Don't discriminate him, now he needs your attention, love and affection"
As far as revealing this to your family members are concerned, take some time, take them in to your confidence and explain to them in a way that they will not get shock.

Dear Friend, you are absolutely alright. You are a normal person only. You have also revealed that you are intimate with a girl. You are enjoying the nocturnal emission.
You are not practicing masturbation because of some reasons like
1. Some one might have told that the masturbation is sin

It is not possible to find out any such HIV infection immediately. The way you have narrated that there may not be any problem, because the article might not have been used atleast for some time. If the tattooing needle is shared immediately, then there may be a problem. To clear your doubt, you can ask her to go for the blood test after 2-3 months to clear your doubt. Now also, you can test but it won't be useful.
Above all, how an eduated person go for such thing and repent later.
Right now, nothing to worry as of now, we see no problemd, even if there yiou may test it after 3 onths and clear your doubt.

6. Your appraoch ahs to be little modified or changed in all aspects if you find problems in all directions.
7. You have to have good friends circle so that you can face the world with more strength, where they will support you morally and they will help you in coming out of problems if any.
8. Spell out the work/tasks you do in one day, make corrections then if needed.
9. Above all, do a proper planning, them implement/execute it, then evaluate it then get the feedback. Do revisit the plan if there is any problem in the outcome.

But before that you may seek an appointment with an Endocrinologist or a qualified physician so that your doubt can be cleared with scientific evidence.

What you are missing is the "focus" There are many people like you in the world. But you can very well do whatever you want and things will be fine. So, you may follow the steps...

1. You may jot down you priorities like short term, medium term, lon term.
2. Take up the projects like that

For example, if you want to grow Rice/Paddy, it will takw 3-4 months for the output at the same time if you want a banana, it will take one year and if you want Mango fruit, it will take 3-5 years and above all if you want to grow a Pipal tree to give good shade it will take years to gether. So, life is like that only
3. So, you have to take up the priority items first
4. Have good friendship circle so that you can discuss your aim with the and also you will good help from them
5. Write down your positive and negative points and try to less the negative points
6. Have a day schedule, weekly schedule and monthly schdule and follow it propery. The paper writing should be practised.

First and foremost thing, you should do is that visit the blood bank and get more details from them. They will definitly direct you and the information will be kept secret.
For a confirmation, you can test for HIV again in a ICTC or VCTC centre to confirm it.
In the blood bank, they must have kept your blood for some time to know if the virus was in window period or something like that.
As far as life after HIV is concerned there is a life. You need not worry about it.
First consult a qualified doctor and get again tested for any opportunistic infection or something like that.
If you have good and healthy eating habit and follow the steps advised by a doctor, you can leave many years.
